Established in 1989 as Dayton Area Health Plan, CareSource has been providing managed care services to Medicaid consumers in many counties across Ohio for more than 16 years. We provide services through a contract with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

Currently, we serve more than 540,000 members in Ohio. Interstudy, a leading researcher in managed health care, named our Ohio plan one of the largest and fastest-growing Medicaid managed care plans in the nation.
